How bulk offers work
Plain-language expectations for selling post-rip Bowman leftovers to Rip Leftovers. Pricing tiers on the homepage are starting points—not guaranteed quotes.
Raw leftovers vs picked-through
We buy raw Bowman leftovers: chase cards may be out, but the base, chrome, and prospect cards from the rip should still be in the lot.
OK to remove: autos, numbered cards, inserts, refractors, parallels, case hits, and Munetaka Murakami.
Lots with base, chrome, and prospects still included may qualify for a starting offer up to about 10¢/card. Lots with chrome or prospects removed receive a lower offer. Picked-through commons-only piles may be declined. See raw leftovers on the homepage.
1. Submit your lot
Use the bulk offer form. Include an honest count, which product you ripped, what has been removed from the lot (required), clear photos, and any notes about sorting or condition. Incomplete or misleading submissions take longer to price or may be declined.
In the form, answer “What has been removed from the lot?” honestly—e.g. only chase cards, chase cards plus Murakami, some chrome removed, some prospects removed, mostly commons only, or not sure.
2. Minimum size
We focus on meaningful post-rip volume. For shipped mail-in lots, we typically look for about 500 cards or more. Smaller piles are often passed unless you are local or the lot is unusually strong. Case breaks and large hobby rips are ideal.
3. Our offer
We reply with one bulk price for the lot—not per-card haggling. Timing depends on photos and queue volume; with a complete submission we aim for a few business days. Offers are valid for a limited window (we will confirm in email) and assume the lot matches what you photographed.
4. You accept or pass
No obligation until you agree. If you pass, no hard feelings. If you accept, we confirm shipping instructions and what to pull from the lot before you pack (see raw leftovers on the homepage).
5. Ship your cards
After you accept:
- Pack securely in a sturdy box—team bags or small stacks, not loose cards rattling around.
- Use tracking. We will confirm the ship-to address and who pays shipping in your offer email.
- Do not send autos, numbered cards, graded cards, or monster hits you agreed to keep out of the lot.
6. Receipt check & payout
When the lot arrives we spot-check count, condition, and scope against your photos. If something is materially off, we will contact you before finalizing. After the lot checks out, we pay using the method agreed in your offer (commonly PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle—confirmed per deal). Payment timing is typically within a few business days of approval unless we note otherwise.
Repeat sellers
Breakers and rippers who submit multiple lots often receive faster replies and stronger pricing than the public starting tiers—especially with clean photos and consistent quality.
